Overview
Jitsi Meet is a full video conferencing application that runs in the browser with no account or download required for participants, plus native mobile apps. Meetings support screen sharing, chat, breakout rooms, lobby and password protection, recording and live streaming, and end-to-end encryption.
It sits on the Jitsi Videobridge media server and can be self-hosted with Docker or a Debian/Ubuntu package, or used through the free meet.jit.si service. The IFrame API and mobile SDKs make it easy to embed video calls in another product. A good fit for organizations that need a Zoom-style meeting tool under their own control, or developers adding video calls to an app.
